To insure the quality of service provided at the 2022 Jefferson Open Futsal RVA, the Richmond Strikers Soccer Club has appointed On Location/Anthony Travel as our new official Hospitality Service of the tournament. All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through On Location/Anthony Travel to insure their place in the 2022 Jefferson Open Futsal RVA  Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance.

Local Richmond teams or teams “commuting” to Richmond for the weekend do not have to stay in hotels but must contact either On Location/Anthony Travel or the Tournament Director indicating their intentions to do so.

By using Anthony Travel as our booking service the Richmond Strikers and the Jefferson Open Futsal RVA can offer our "Act of God" Clause.  Should the event be canceled prior to 6:00 PM day of arrival for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, all unoccupied reservations covered under our "Act of God" will be released at no charge: (1) If event is cancelled prior to 6:00 PM day of check-in, no penalty will be assessed; (2) If event is cancelled AFTER 6:00 PM day of check-in, all reservations are subject to a fee of one night’s room rate plus tax; (3) For occupied rooms, a check-out of 11:00 AM the following day is required to avoid further charges.
