To be eligible to play, the following must be completed by the registration deadline unless otherwise noted

• Full payment of tournament fees received 
• All players registered and paid with US Futsal 
• Submit Seeding and Conflict Information
• Attend Team Check-in and receive roster and tournament information at complex venue (One hour before first kick off)

Payment- if you have elected to pay by check, the check must be received  by registration deadline along with Tournament application.
